Julius is Director of Microsoft Modern Work & AI Solutions at ECI, where he serves as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-enabled productivity for regulated firms. With more than a decade of experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, Julius specialises in translating complex platforms into secure, governed, and measurable outcomes for ECI’s regulated clients.
Julius leads ECI’s Copilot and Modern Work enablement programmes, designed specifically for hedge funds, private equity firms and asset managers. His work focuses on helping clients unlock productivity gains from tools they already own. These include Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and Purview. He also focusses on embedding controls for data protection, compliance, operational efficiency and audit readiness from the outset. He is particularly valued for bridging the gap between technical configuration and adoption, working with clients to provide trusted, usable and easily understood business outcomes.
Julius’ approach is clear and pragmatic. He sees innovation as available to everyone and rather than large scale transformation projects he advocates for tightly scoped initiatives with clear ownership and measurable success metrics. This allows firms to realise value in their projects quickly and expand with confidence.
Outside of work, Julius has a passion for performance cars, home cooking and LEGO builds. These hobbies reflect the same mindset he brings to ECI: hands-on problem solving, thoughtful design and a belief that well-built systems should be both powerful and enjoyable to use.
