As Director of Security Operations at ECI, Jonathan serves as a core SME on cybersecurity operations, threat management and resilience for highly regulated organisations. With more than a decade of technology leadership experience, Jonathan specialises in translating complex security challenges into controlled, measurable outcomes for clients. He aims to strengthen defensive posture, improve operational confidence and deliver solutions that support day to day workflow.
His contributions to clients are informed by real-world engagement with infrastructure, cloud, identity and secure access paradigms, giving him a pragmatic perspective on how firms can strengthen their security foundations without introducing unnecessary complexity.
Before joining ECI, Jonathan built his security operations acumen through progressive roles that combined technical delivery and leadership. He began his career supporting service delivery and escalation as a systems engineer, evolving into senior engineering and client technology leadership roles. Over time, working at ground level with clients, he developed a deep operational understanding of incident response, cyber hygiene, secure configuration and the practical realities of maintaining defence across diverse environments.
