Jeff is ECI’s CEO and a core SEM, shaping the firm’s product strategy across cybersecurity, managed services and AI-enabled operations. With close to three decades of hands-on experience, Jeff brings deep practical insight into how secure, scalable technology performs operate in real world, regulated environments.
Jeff works closely with other SMEs to ensure that services are designed with governance, resilience and client usability built in from the outset. He is particularly focused on helping regulated firms adopt AI responsibly, balancing innovation with regulatory readiness, data protection and operational control.
Jeff’s expertise spans cybersecurity architecture, managed security operations, identity platforms and integration of AI into operational workflows. Prior to ECI, he founded and led Avertium, where he developed a cyber-fusion delivery model combining consulting, managed detection and threat intelligence. Earlier in his career, he scaled Authomate and secured multiple technology patents, therefore reinforcing his reputation as a product led operator rather than a purely strategic executive.
