Jen Falasca leads the global marketing team at ECI. She is responsible for leading initiatives and strategies to build the ECI brand, through event-driven marketing, product education and enablement and creating industry-focused content, designed to accelerate clients’ growth, efficiency and security.
Prior to ECI, she led Customer Advocacy at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, where she built a customer reference and engagement program, influencing an average of > $120mil opportunities annually.
Jen has more than 20 years’ experience, building client-centric programming, focused on engagement, expansion and references through online and in-person communities at companies such as Cisco, Skillsoft, SmartBear Software, and Discovery Communications.
