Having worked with leading global organizations across Canada, Japan, the UK, and Hong Kong, he has built a reputation for combining strategic thinking with practical delivery. This helps our clients navigate complex operational and technology challenges with confidence.
Passionate about solution experience and design, Mendel focuses on creating systems, processes and interactions that are not only effective, but also intuitive and people centric. AI requires contextual, detailed and logical reasoning to understand how it works and how to get the best from it, so was a natural step in Mendel’s career. His approach is grounded in collaboration, adaptability, and strong ownership, balancing innovation with pragmatism to deliver outcomes that maximize both efficiency and user satisfaction.
Alongside his professional work, Mendel is an active advocate for citizen science and part of the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 program where the goal is to lead initiatives that connect global and regional communities through science, education, and collaboration. He is passionate about ensuring Asia is represented and heard within international dialogue and global initiatives. As a Canadian with roots in Asia, Mendel draws on his multicultural experience to help bridge communication, cultural, and representation gaps in an increasingly connected world. Also a committed team player, Mendel is an avid field hockey player, who will be representing Hong Kong to compete in the 2026 Masters World Cup.
