Andy is a Principal in the Boston office of H.I.G. Capital. Andy has over 10 years of experience investing in middle market private equity transactions and has led investments and served on boards in IT services, payments technology, vertical and enterprise software, and tech-enabled business services companies.
Prior to joining H.I.G. in 2017, Andy was an investment professional at Parthenon Capital Partners and Boathouse Capital. He began his career as FinTech investment banker at Financial Technology Partners.
Andy graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics and History.
