We’ve been experiencing incredible growth across our company; our team, capabilities, partnerships and reach have all been enhanced. With the successful integration of two major strategic acquisitions, our position in the marketplace has been amplified. We’ve reached the next phase in our long-planned evolution.
That said, we felt it was time for a new look and feel that reflects the bigger, broader and bolder ECI.
What is the new ECI?
The ECI name has been used in the marketplace for a while. It’s familiar, yet, it also reflects the goal behind our new capabilities and resources. With just those three simple letters, companies can have all their IT needs met through a single source, removing a lot of complexity. We’ve even simplified ECI’s portfolio by segmenting it into three pillars covering our entire range of offerings. This includes:
Managed Services (MSP): Cloud solutions, networking and hardware, IT support.
Cybersecurity (MSSP): Managed services for security information and event management (SIEM), operations centers, dark web monitoring, phishing and threat training, vulnerability assessments and remediation, governance and risk management, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) as a service.
Business Transformation as a Service (BTaaS): Cloud, application development, DevOps, process automation, managed data services, strategic advisory, distributed workforce enablement.
ECI eliminates the need to develop in-house expertise, invest in or maintain a lot of technology resources. In fact, with BTaaS, we’ll make technology a source of efficiency, competitive advantage, productivity and value, rather than just an IT exercise or expenditure. ECI’s cybersecurity also delivers the stability and continuity to keep teams productive and free from technology interruptions, while protecting data and operations from threats.
What does this mean to current and future customers and the industry?We catalyze end-to-end business transformations for financial services organizations. Our ability to do so increased exponentially with our acquisition of NorthOut, which brought us strong business-led digital strategy and modern engineering design, and Alphaserve Technologies, a global provider of managed infrastructure and digital IT services for financial and professional services.
