An Open Letter From Our CEO

We are operating in unprecedented times. Individuals, families, businesses and the global economy are facing new challenges daily. Our thoughts are with all those who have been impacted by the virus and the healthcare workers who are working tirelessly on the frontlines. 

At the same time, the current situation is bringing out our strengths and giving us the opportunity to come together like never before. Here at Eze Castle Integration our goals remain centered on ensuring the safety of our employees and supporting our clients. 

Our Employees Are Our Priority

Our employees are the source of our success and are critical to supporting our clients’ businesses. Our highest priority is to ensure the safety of our team members, alleviate them from any hardships that the environment might cause, and ensure that they are doing their part as members of society to reduce the spread of the virus. Therefore, we have transitioned our 350+ employees into a full remote work model in order to provide a safe working environment for them. All employees have the tools and resources necessary to complete their responsibilities safely and successfully. 

Our Client Commitment Will Not Waiver

We understand acutely that our clients are also being challenged. We truly appreciate the trust they continue to place in us and are honored to be their partner during this time. Eze Castle Integration is well prepared and equipped to continue providing outstanding support to our clients. We are a global organization that invests heavily in technology, and we have resiliency in every layer of our operations. We remain focused on delivering the highest levels of support, availability and security to our clients around the globe. 

We are proud of how our teams came together to manage the rapid increase in Service Desk requests as users across our 600+ clients transitioned their businesses into a full work remote model. As a global company, we were able to quickly scale our support resources to assist our clients. Additionally, our 10,000+ cloud users smoothly transitioned thanks to our expert cloud and service teams who took proactive measures, including automatically increasing bandwidth, to help ensure positive user experiences.
 
The actions of our employees have not gone unnoticed by clients. The words of “thanks” many have and continue to send are lifting spirits and invigorating our employees.
