Eze Castle Integration Enhances Client Portal with Advanced Power BI Features, Delivering Interactive Data Visualization, Reports and Insights

Boston – March 19, 2019 – Eze Castle Integration, a global managed service provider to the investment industry, today announced advanced new features to its Eze Client Portal. The latest upgrade allows clients to visually explore and analyze data associated with their IT environment and operations and create interactive dashboards and reports.

By incorporating Microsoft Power BI business analytics into the platform, the Eze Client Portal is more valuable than ever. Clients can easily customize interactive dashboards and drill-down to explore and analyze data and information. Modern visualization capabilities, such as word clouds, allow clients to easily identify trends within their service ticket activity and technology environments.

The newest features complement existing Eze Client Portal capabilities including creating and monitoring service tickets as well as real-time access to account information, user activity, disaster recovery/backup reports and more. The Eze Client Portal also provides self-service capabilities to client administrators, for control over their environments. For added access security, the Eze Client Portal utilizes multi-factor authentication (MFA) during the login process.
