John Cahaly is CEO and Chairman of Eze Castle Integration, the leading provider of technology and IT services to the investment industry. In 1995, Cahaly co-founded Eze Castle Consulting, which spun off five successful businesses -- Eze Castle Integration, Eze Software Group (formerly Eze Castle Software), Pivot Solutions (acquired by CME Group), Code Red, Inc. (acquired by FactSet), and Ledgex Systems. John also serves on the board of directors for The ConvergEx Group.
John has more than 20 years of experience in computer engineering and business management and was instrumental in building the financial industry's first Windows NT trading room that was used by Fleet Financial Group in 1996. Prior to co-founding Eze Castle, John worked at Digital Equipment Corporation for nine years holding various engineering positions including a senior role as a member of Digital's Windows NT technical marketing group. John attended Northeastern University's computer engineering program.
With more than 25 years of IT experience, Bob Guilbert is responsible for leading all of Eze Castle Integration's service, partnership and product development functions. The scope of his efforts ranges from enhancing client experiences to establishing core strategic partnerships and developing new product offerings for the company. Prior to joining Eze Castle, Bob was vice president of business development at Virtual Iron Software -- a venture-backed start-up offering enterprise-class data center virtualization software. At Virtual Iron, Bob developed and oversaw all facets of business development and channel management. Bob has also held senior marketing and business development positions at Double-Take Software (formerly NSI), EMC Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Bob is fluent in German and graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a bachelor of science degree in computer science.
William (Bill) Tan serves as Eze Castle Integration's Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Bill joined the company in 1997 and focused on expanding the company's technical skills and staff. Today, his technology team focuses on internal training, research and development, network security and standards development. Key products architected by this team include cost-effective disaster recovery (Eze DR) and the Eze Private Cloud. Previously, Bill was the network manager for the Kraft Group, where he supported systems and communications for various privately held businesses such as International Forest Products, Rand-Whitney and the New England Patriots. He has also supported networks and systems for local governments and the U.S. Air Force.
Bill holds a bachelor of science degree summa cum laude in computer science from Framingham State College.
Steve Schoener is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Eze Castle Integration. In this role, Steve is responsible for guiding the company’s long-term technology strategy and overseeing operations to achieve new levels of performance, product innovation and organizational synergy on a global scale. Previously Steve held the role of senior vice president, client technology for Eze Castle Integration. Prior to joining the Eze Castle Integration team, Steve was head of IT for DW Investment Management in New York, where he oversaw all technology initiatives for the firm. He was also previously employed by UBS Investment Bank as an associate director and Eze Castle as an associate director of technology in the New York region.
Steve holds a computer science degree from State University of New York at Albany.
Maria DeSousa is the Chief Financial Officer at Eze Castle Integration. Maria is an experienced technology and financial services industry executive with more than 15 years of finance, operations and technology expertise. Prior to Eze Castle Integration, she held key positions including director of finance at FactSet Research Systems, vice president of finance and operations at Code Red and software development director at Eze Software Group.
Maria serves on the board of directors for Ledgex Systems. She holds an MBA from Babson College.
Mark Coriaty is the Chief Strategy Officer responsible for product management, partnerships and corporate strategy at Eze Castle Integration. Mark has nearly 20 years of management, client service and consulting experience within the financial services industry. Prior to Eze Castle, Mark held positions at KPMG Consulting Capital Markets Group and Fidelity Investments.
Mark serves on the board of directors for Ledgex Systems. He is a graduate of Ithaca College with a bachelor of science degree in business and managerial economics.
Bryan Champagne is Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery for Eze Castle Integration. In his role, Bryan is responsible for the company’s global service organization and charged with ensuring outstanding client engagement and worldwide service delivery. Prior to joining Eze Castle, Bryan served as CTO and founder of IT services firm MSDI (now Congruity) where he employed 100 full-time employees and 1,100 consultants worldwide supporting some of the world’s largest infrastructures. Bryan has more than 25 career technical certifications and was named to MSP Mentor’s Top 250 Executives list.
Tim Kennedy is responsible for leading Eze Castle Integration’s business development team in North America and has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience. Prior to joining Eze Castle Integration, Tim was a senior vice president of sales and marketing with TerraNua My Compliance Office, a provider of compliance operations management systems for investment advisers, hedge funds and broker dealers.
Tim is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Northeastern University.
Dean Hill is Executive Director of Eze Castle Integration UK and also leads the international new business teams in London and Asia. Dean’s career in technology started with one of the UK’s largest telecoms providers where he held numerous positions from engineering to business development and account management. With overall management responsibility in the UK, Dean is able to provide clients with swift decision making focused on delivering high service levels.
Dean attended Kemnal Technology College. He also holds a number of industry specific certifications for technologies such as Cisco, Avaya and NetApp.
Sandra Driscoll is Vice President of Global Human Resources at Eze Castle Integration where she oversees the company’s strategic global human resource operations with a focus on aligning human capital initiatives with strategic business priorities. Her background includes entrepreneurial and M&A experience and over 10 years of senior operational management responsibilities.
Sandra holds a political science degree from the University of Colorado.
As vice president of marketing for Eze Castle Integration, Mary Beth Hamilton is responsible for global marketing strategy and integrated marketing programs to drive awareness and demand for the company’s IT services and solutions across financial vertical markets. With more than 15 years of marketing and corporate communications experience, Mary Beth is skilled in guiding marketing efforts for service and technology organizations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans and an MBA from Boston College.
Yvonne Nolan serves as the company’s vice president of global finance and controller. Yvonne’s tenure at Eze Castle Integration stretches more than 14 years; her previous roles within the firm include controller and accounting manager. Yvonne’s responsibilities include overseeing global tax, audit and general finance functions.
Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University.
