John Cahaly is CEO and Chairman of Eze Castle Integration, the leading provider of technology and IT services to the investment industry. In 1995, Cahaly co-founded Eze Castle Consulting, which spun off five successful businesses -- Eze Castle Integration, Eze Software Group (formerly Eze Castle Software), Pivot Solutions (acquired by CME Group), Code Red, Inc. (acquired by FactSet), and Ledgex Systems. John also serves on the board of directors for The ConvergEx Group.
John has more than 20 years of experience in computer engineering and business management and was instrumental in building the financial industry's first Windows NT trading room that was used by Fleet Financial Group in 1996. Prior to co-founding Eze Castle, John worked at Digital Equipment Corporation for nine years holding various engineering positions including a senior role as a member of Digital's Windows NT technical marketing group. John attended Northeastern University's computer engineering program.
Sal Mahbouba is a global service leader with 20+ years of experience shaping the enterprise strategy and directing the execution of value creation programs for Fortune 500 corporations and small and medium business. Sal’s extensive professional history includes overseeing global service at Diebold where he led 12,000 employees in 50+ countries generating $1.7B in revenue across, professional services, implementation, managed services, support, field services and more. He also served as General Manager & VP of Service Delivery at Avaya where he had full P&L accountability for their $2.2B+ services revenue organization. Most recently Sal ran an advisory business providing companies guidance on strategic planning, business transformation and optimization of service delivery to enhance client experiences.
William (Bill) Tan serves as Eze Castle Integration's Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Bill joined the company in 1997 and focused on expanding the company's technical skills and staff. Today, his technology team focuses on internal training, research and development, network security and standards development. Key products architected by this team include cost-effective disaster recovery (Eze DR) and the Eze Private Cloud. Previously, Bill was the network manager for the Kraft Group, where he supported systems and communications for various privately held businesses such as International Forest Products, Rand-Whitney and the New England Patriots. He has also supported networks and systems for local governments and the U.S. Air Force.
Bill holds a bachelor of science degree summa cum laude in computer science from Framingham State College.
Steve Schoener is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Eze Castle Integration. In this role, Steve is responsible for guiding the company’s long-term technology strategy and overseeing operations to achieve new levels of performance, product innovation and organizational synergy on a global scale. Previously Steve held the role of senior vice president, client technology for Eze Castle Integration. Prior to joining the Eze Castle Integration team, Steve was head of IT for DW Investment Management in New York, where he oversaw all technology initiatives for the firm. He was also previously employed by UBS Investment Bank as an associate director and Eze Castle as an associate director of technology in the New York region.
Steve holds a computer science degree from State University of New York at Albany.
Dean Hill is Executive Director of Eze Castle Integration UK and also leads the international new business teams in London and Asia. Dean’s career in technology started with one of the UK’s largest telecoms providers where he held numerous positions from engineering to business development and account management. With overall management responsibility in the UK, Dean is able to provide clients with swift decision making focused on delivering high service levels.
Dean attended Kemnal Technology College. He also holds a number of industry specific certifications for technologies such as Cisco, Avaya and NetApp.
Sean Casey is responsible for overseeing Eze Castle Integration’s global sales strategy, sales operations, and business development initiatives. Sean is a proven sales leader with 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He has leveraged his skills to build out sales teams, establish effective partner strategies and strategic relationships, all supported by a foundation of operational excellence.
Prior to joining Eze Castle Integration, Sean held sales leadership positions as VP of Alliances at Turbonomic, Director of Worldwide Cloud Sales at Zerto, and VP of Sales and Business Development at Cloud Cruiser.
Dan Jones is responsible for leading Eze Castle Integration’s sales and business development teams in North America and has more than 25 years of sales management experience. Dan has a proven track record in driving sales growth for technology companies.
In his previous role as CRO at Skout Secure Intelligence, Dan established the sales organization, business initiatives and go-to-market strategy. Previously, he held multiple regional and global sales leadership roles at leading technology companies including Worksoft, EMC, Double-Take Software (acquired by Carbonite) and Storage Networks.
Sandra Driscoll is Vice President of Global Human Resources at Eze Castle Integration where she oversees the company’s strategic global human resource operations with a focus on aligning human capital initiatives with strategic business priorities. Her background includes entrepreneurial and M&A experience and over 10 years of senior operational management responsibilities.
Sandra holds a political science degree from the University of Colorado.
As vice president of marketing for Eze Castle Integration, Mary Beth Hamilton is responsible for global marketing strategy and integrated marketing programs to drive awareness and demand for the company’s IT services and solutions across financial vertical markets. With more than 15 years of marketing and corporate communications experience, Mary Beth is skilled in guiding marketing efforts for service and technology organizations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans and an MBA from Boston College.
Yvonne Nolan serves as the company’s vice president of global finance and controller. Yvonne’s tenure at Eze Castle Integration stretches more than 14 years; her previous roles within the firm include controller and accounting manager. Yvonne’s responsibilities include overseeing global tax, audit and general finance functions.
Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University.
