Meet the Team
David Andrade is CEO of ECI. David is a proven executive leader with deep expertise in building strategic organizations with a focus on customer success, engagement and innovative product and service growth. He spent 12 successful years at ECI before moving to eFront in 2016 to transform their service and account management organizations. David returned to ECI in 2019 to assume the role of Chief Customer Officer before becoming CEO in 2021. During his time as Chief Customer Officer, David transformed our service delivery and built a powerful team that continues to support him in his role as CEO.
David holds a bachelor of science degree with a focus on computer information systems from Cal Poly Pomona.
Over the course of more than two decades, Sylvain has dedicated his career to the services industry. With an expansive background in sales, operational, technical and executive functions, Sylvain brings a valuable perspective to Eze Castle’s leadership team. Sylvain was a founding member of Alphaserve Technologies which was acquired by Eze Castle in July 2020. During his tenure at Alphaserve, Sylvain led several growth initiatives from go-to-market strategies, service delivery management and more recently building and scaling out new practices in digital and cybersecurity services.
John Brennan is a recognized technology leader and visionary who has served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at multiple highly respected hedge fund and alternative investment firms. Most recently he served as CTO at Highfields Capital, a value-oriented investment management firm in Boston. Previously John held CTO roles at Dawson-Samberg Capital Management, Andor Capital Management and Pequot Capital. He is also a founding member and former vice-chairman of AITEC, an influential alternative investments peer community trusted by firms across the globe.
George Carbone joined Eze Castle Integration in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Eze Castle, George was the Chief Financial Officer of Fotolia and then Arago, working with private equity sponsors TA and KKR. Before becoming a CFO, he had 15 years of progressive experience through the private equity lifecycle, working in professional service at Arthur Anderson and KPMG. George is a CPA, highly effective at optimizing financial operations and is a catalyst for change at Eze Castle. He focuses on key drivers of value creation and is a business strategy partner to entrepreneurial partners.
George holds an economics degree from University of Pennsylvania.
Mike Moreau is Chief People Officer at Eze Castle Integration. In this role, Mike oversees all elements of global human resources, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits.
Most recently Mike was Chief Human Resources Officer at Eze Software, with responsibility for all human resource functions for the company’s 1,100 employees. Prior, Mike held executive HR leadership positions at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, Crump Group, Inc., Olympus America, ADP and PepsiCo.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College and a Masters of Science degree from Mercy College.
Steve Schoener is Chief Technology Officer at Eze Castle Integration. In this role, Steve is responsible for guiding the company’s long-term technology strategy and overseeing operations to achieve new levels of performance, product innovation and organizational synergy on a global scale. Previously Steve held the role of senior vice president, client technology for Eze Castle Integration. Prior to joining the Eze Castle Integration team, Steve was head of IT for DW Investment Management in New York, where he oversaw all technology initiatives for the firm. He was also previously employed by UBS Investment Bank as an associate director and Eze Castle as an associate director of technology in the New York region.
Steve holds a computer science degree from State University of New York at Albany.
William (Bill) Tan serves as Eze Castle Integration's Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Bill joined the company in 1997 and focused on expanding the company's technical skills and staff. Today, his technology team focuses on internal training, research and development, network security and standards development. Key products architected by this team include cost-effective disaster recovery (Eze DR) and the Eze Private Cloud. Previously, Bill was the network manager for the Kraft Group, where he supported systems and communications for various privately held businesses such as International Forest Products, Rand-Whitney and the New England Patriots. He has also supported networks and systems for local governments and the U.S. Air Force.
Bill holds a bachelor of science degree summa cum laude in computer science from Framingham State College.
Matthew Wojtkowiak joined Eze Castle Integration in 2020 as Chief Legal Officer. Matthew is responsible for management of the global legal function, with a focus on strategic growth transactions, client relationships, and governance. Matthew has been providing strategic legal advice to executives for more than twenty years, and has worked primarily with technology-based businesses for the past ten years. Prior to joining Eze Castle, Matthew practiced law at a large New York law firm representing Fortune 500 clients, and he most recently served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for Alphaserve Technologies, a global technology service provider which was acquired by Eze Castle. Matthew holds a juris doctor degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he served on multiple legal journals.
Sean Casey is responsible for overseeing Eze Castle Integration’s global sales strategy, sales operations, and business development initiatives. Sean is a proven sales leader with 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He has leveraged his skills to build out sales teams, establish effective partner strategies and strategic relationships, all supported by a foundation of operational excellence.
Prior to joining Eze Castle Integration, Sean held sales leadership positions as VP of Alliances at Turbonomic, Director of Worldwide Cloud Sales at Zerto, and VP of Sales and Business Development at Cloud Cruiser.
Katelyn holds a bachelor’s and masters in business administration from Babson College.
Dan Jones is responsible for leading Eze Castle Integration’s sales and business development teams in North America and has more than 25 years of sales management experience. Dan has a proven track record in driving sales growth for technology companies.
In his previous role as CRO at Skout Secure Intelligence, Dan established the sales organization, business initiatives and go-to-market strategy. Previously, he held multiple regional and global sales leadership roles at leading technology companies including Worksoft, EMC, Double-Take Software (acquired by Carbonite) and Storage Networks.
Dean Hill is Executive Director of Eze Castle Integration UK and also leads the international new business teams in London and Asia. Dean’s career in technology started with one of the UK’s largest telecoms providers where he held numerous positions from engineering to business development and account management. With overall management responsibility in the UK, Dean is able to provide clients with swift decision making focused on delivering high service levels.
Dean attended Kemnal Technology College. He also holds a number of industry specific certifications for technologies such as Cisco, Avaya and NetApp.
Rich Itri is a Senior Vice President of Professional Services (CIO Advisory) at Eze Castle Integration. Rich has over 22 years of IT executive experience, spending his entire career managing IT within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eze Castle, Rich was Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer for PJT Partners, a boutique investment bank, Principal and Chief Information Officer for Sky Road and held Chief Information Officer positions at Arrowhawk Capital Partners and Arbalet Capital Partners. Over the years, Rich has developed and managed innovative, business aligned platforms, that drive revenue and operational efficiencies. Rich holds positions on several Advisory Boards and volunteers his time to help non-profits leverage technology.
Yvonne Nolan serves as the company’s vice president of global finance and controller. Yvonne’s tenure at Eze Castle Integration stretches more than 14 years; her previous roles within the firm include controller and accounting manager. Yvonne’s responsibilities include overseeing global tax, audit and general finance functions.
Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management from Cornell University.

John Cahaly is Executive Chairman of Eze Castle Integration, focusing on executing the company’s long-term vision and strategic growth initiatives including M&A and partnerships. In 1995, John co-founded Eze Castle Consulting, which spun off five successful businesses -- Eze Castle Integration, Eze Software Group (formerly Eze Castle Software), Pivot Solutions (acquired by CME Group), Code Red, Inc. (acquired by FactSet), and Ledgex Systems. John served as the CEO of Eze Castle Integration until January 2021. John also serves on the board of directors for The ConvergEx Group.
John has more than 20 years of experience in computer engineering and business management and was instrumental in building the financial industry's first Windows NT trading room that was used by Fleet Financial Group in 1996. Prior to co-founding Eze Castle, John worked at Digital Equipment Corporation for nine years holding various engineering positions including a senior role as a member of Digital's Windows NT technical marketing group. John attended Northeastern University's computer engineering program.
Keith Angell is an experienced CEO, Board Director, and Leader who focuses on optimizing enterprise value for customers, employees, and stakeholders.Keith has been a C-Level executive and/or Board Director at 12 VC/PE backed, high growth tech companies (3 IPO, 5 Acquisitions), including most recently as Director for Pythian and an Executive Partner for Mill Point Capital. Previously, he was CEO of Velocity Technology (Silver Lake company), a leading global cloud managed services company, specializing in moving complex enterprise IT/ERP+ to the hybrid cloud.
Keith is currently CEO of Pythian. Prior to Pythian and Velocity, Keith was President, Global Services at Virtustream, where he was responsible for Cloud Managed and Professional Services. Virtustream was acquired by EMC in 2015.
Before Virtustream, Keith spent nine years as an executive in IBM’s Global Cloud & Technology Services, including Vice President, Cloud Managed Services, and Chief Revenue Officer at SoftLayer. Angell managed much of IBM’s services portfolio and had key technology experiences in cloud, mobility, analytics, and networking. Keith has held executive positions in the U.S. and Europe, including business development, M&A, sales, and product offering activities.
Before IBM, Keith held CEO, COO, President, SVP of Operations & Sales roles at four software/services and consulting firms. He started his career in the management development program at Exxon Corp.
Keith holds BS Engineering magna cum laude (Duke), MS Engineering (Northeastern), and MBA Finance (LSU) degrees as well as two patents.
Keith spends his down time with family and friends and is generally found adventuring and sporting in the great outdoors!
In 1998, Eric became the Vice President of an independent communications consulting firm called Communications Engineering (CE). Over the course of 5 years, he doubled CE’s total revenue, providing global project coordination and deployment for clients such as Zurich Insurance, Center Reinsurance, and the Marsh & McLennan Companies. In 2001, Eric established a consulting company specializing in outsourced IT solutions for small to mid-sized private equity firms. He grew the company to 12 employees with over $1.5M in revenue by 2006, then merged with another IT consulting company, which then became Alphaserve Technologies. The combined resources of the two companies allowed Alphaserve to become a leading IT services provider to the financial services and legal verticals, delivering fully managed IT support services including managed services, helpdesk, project management, design, and strategy.
Andy is a Principal in the Boston office of H.I.G. Capital. Andy has over 10 years of experience investing in middle market private equity transactions and has led investments and served on boards in IT services, payments technology, vertical and enterprise software, and tech-enabled business services companies.
Prior to joining H.I.G. in 2017, Andy was an investment professional at Parthenon Capital Partners and Boathouse Capital. He began his career as FinTech investment banker at Financial Technology Partners.
Andy graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics and History.
Todd is a Managing Director in the Boston office of H.I.G. Capital. Since joining the firm in 2009, he has been responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, as well as working with certain existing portfolio companies. Todd has over 15 years of experience investing in middle market private equity transactions and has worked on investments in a broad range of industries, including building products, business services, enterprise software, food and consumer products, hospitality and travel services, and media and marketing services. He currently serves on the boards of several H.I.G. portfolio companies.
Prior to H.I.G., Todd was an investment professional at Parthenon Capital Partners, GTCR, and The Halifax Group. He began his career as an investment banker at Lazard Frères, specializing in mergers & acquisitions advisory services.
Todd graduated with Bronze Tablet honors from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accountancy (CPA) and received an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.
