Microsoft Cloud Rates for Office 365 and Azure

MICROSOFT RATES

Notice: Microsoft recently launched a new commerce experience (NCE), announcing a price increase to their per user (seat-based) licenses.

ECI will be migrating customers to NCE as Microsoft is retiring the existing platform. New pricing files posted on this page will reflect a new file name notating ‘NCE’ in the link to distinguish the new terms.

Subject to Microsoft’s terms and conditions, these are important items:

March 1, 2022: a short list of seat-based licenses will increase, this includes O365 E1, E3, E5, M365 Business, M365 E3 new orders.
March 10th, 2022: New license orders must be placed on the NCE platform
June 30th, 2022: Last date on which subscriptions may be renewed on the existing platform.
Monthly term licenses will now have an approximate 20% premium post June 30th, 2022. Pricing to be determined by Microsoft.
Annual term licenses will now be a commitment for the full year, commencing at the time indicated in the Microsoft NCE portal. Previously, annual licenses could be suspended to avoid being charged; these orders can only be initially placed with autorenewal ‘on’ and are not transferable. Annual term licenses are not cancellable.
All Microsoft Premier support charges ECI receives related to Client will be billable at $400 per hour (minimum of 1 hour billed).
