March 24-25, 2010

Are You Prepared to Meet Today's Due Diligence Challenges?
Investors and asset managers come together like never before at a ground-breaking conference in New York City this March. The Due Diligence Master Class features a faculty led by experienced investors, and joined by some of the industry’s most seasoned fund executives and successful advisors. This discussion-oriented forum will bridge the expectations gap between these two groups, through meaningful dialogue and highly focused presentations on the issues that matter most:

    Exploring the new expectations of investors: Are any questions still “off the table”?
    Asking the right questions of service providers: What both investors and asset managers are doing now to ensure the vendors are meeting transparency objectives
    On-going due diligence: What reports and information are investors still looking for?
    The impact of new regulations on due diligence: Disclosure requirements and consistent performance calculation

Whether you’re an asset manager interested in raising your AUM or an investor wanting to learn more about today’s vigorous standard of due diligence, it is crucial that you fully understand – and are prepared to meet – the challenges presented by more robust due diligence processes.
Join your peers this March 24th & 25th in New York City and take part in the discussion, featuring expert speaker Vinod Paul, managing director at Eze Castle Integration!

New SaaS Solution Expands Portfolio of Leading Managed Services that Power a Hedge Fund's Back-Office
Boston, October 20, 2009 – Eze Castle Integration, Inc., a leading provider of IT services, consulting and technology to hedge funds and investment firms, today launched Eze CRM Powered by Dynamo™ 6.0 (Eze CRM), the newest addition to Eze Castle’s Managed Services. Eze CRM is a web-based solution that provides hedge funds and alternative investment firms with detailed and instant access to critical customer information, helping them strengthen investor relationships, increase reporting options and provide greater transparency.
Eze CRM is managed and supported by Eze Castle’s expert technical staff and delivered via software-as-a-service (SaaS), providing rich, industry-specific functionality that is deployed quickly and maintained easily, with less infrastructure and upfront capital than traditional client-server applications. In addition, the new offering provides hedge funds with a complete audit trail, allowing funds to easily track all related information specific to each investor. The Dynamo platform was developed by Netage Solutions.
Eze Castle’s Managed Services provide leading technology solutions with compelling economic value propositions that help firms simplify business operations, reduce capital expenditures and increase return on investment in technology. As part of this portfolio, Eze CRM delivers the sophisticated capabilities that hedge funds need to raise and retain more assets, provide exceptional client service and meet increased reporting requirements without increasing headcount or operational overhead.
Eze CRM’s simple, unified approach to investment tracking and performance analysis fills the gap between the basic information provided by fund administrators and the overwhelming complexity of back-office systems. Key capabilities of Eze CRM include:

    Centralized investor data including contacts, documents, investor transactions, investments and account performance;
    Automated, on-demand reporting and statements to promptly address client requests and supply transparency;
    An audit trail that maintains a complete history of system changes, including when records were edited and by whom; and
    Microsoft Outlook® integration that automatically displays an item’s “first degree of separation,” so it is quickly linked to relevant investors, contacts, funds or deals in Eze CRM.

“Investors today demand greater accountability, transparency and reporting, and are choosing funds based on their ability to fulfill these requirements. Eze CRM helps our customers more easily manage and respond to their investors, resulting in stronger customer loyalty and relationships,” said Bob Guilbert, managing director, Eze Castle Integration. “Eze Castle Integration is committed to being a hedge fund’s operating partner, providing the back-office infrastructure, premium service and consulting expertise firms require to run and streamline day-to-day operations. Eze CRM is the latest addition around this objective.”

Pershing Prime Services' Hedge Fund Start-Up Simulator was developed in collaboration with Moss Adams LLP. It provides hedge fund managers with detailed information about the infrastructure and financial workings of a hedge fund--especially during its first 18 months of operation.
BOSTON – January 16, 2007 – Eze Castle Integration, Inc., a leading provider of technology and IT services to investment firms, today expanded its Voice Solutions Portfolio with the launch of Eze Business VoIP Solutions. A new portfolio of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, Eze Business VoIP Solutions offer high levels of availability, business continuity and cost-effectiveness for voice communications. The new portfolio delivers three levels of service including Eze Business VoIP Gold, Eze Business VoIP Silver and Eze Business VoIP Hosted PBX that can be selected based on an investment firm’s business and technology requirements.
For more than 10 years, Eze Castle Integration has installed and managed world-class voice solutions for leading hedge funds and investment firms, and has grown its financial services customer base to more than 400 firms. The company understands the complexities of designing, installing, implementing and maintaining the premium voice services that firms rely on everyday. The Eze Business VoIP Solutions are yet another example of how the company is meeting and exceeding market and customer demand for highly available and efficient technology to support business objectives, while offering a greater return on technology investments.
Eze Business VoIP Solutions provide a full spectrum of VoIP services that meet current and future technology needs. Hedge funds and investment firms can now easily implement disaster recovery initiatives for voice communications and protect themselves in the event of an outage or voice system failure. In addition to being more cost effective than traditional phone systems, Eze Business VoIP Solutions offer firms complete voice redundancy, stringent quality of service agreements, quick activation and Eze Castle’s trademark 24 x 7 x 365 maintenance and support.
Each Eze Business VoIP Solution is built to provide the highest levels of quality, redundancy and availability:

    Eze Business VoIP Gold surpasses the capabilities delivered by traditional phone systems, and combines the scalability and disaster recovery options firms should expect from their voice systems in a cost-effective manner. Eze Business VoIP Gold comes bundled with nearly unlimited outbound monthly minutes, as well as voicemail and call attendant features.
    Eze Business VoIP Silver is ideal for firms seeking to add redundancy and disaster recovery capabilities to their existing phone systems. Eze Business VoIP Silver provides voice redundancy and backup to help ensure the highest levels of voice availability. Its cost and flexibility also make it ideal for firms seeking familiarity with VoIP before undertaking a company-wide deployment.
    Eze Business VoIP Hosted PBX is designed for emerging firms that do not wish to invest in an in-house phone infrastructure. Eze Business VoIP Hosted PBX delivers high-quality service and nearly unlimited monthly minutes.

“Maintaining system availability, redundancy and business continuity are top priorities for today’s hedge fund and investment firms. Eze Castle Integration now allows firms to make their voice networks as disaster proof and resilient as their data networks at a cost-effective price point that was previously unavailable,” said Bob Guilbert, managing director of marketing at Eze Castle Integration. “With Eze Business VoIP Solutions, firms can achieve the highest levels of redundancy and have the highest degree of confidence with their voice infrastructure.”
