Position: Project Manager, Startup and Relocation Team

This position is currently open in our New York location.

SRP (Start-ups, Relocations & Projects) is the Eze Castle Integration Project & Technology Management Group. An instrumental part of Eze Castle’s Service Delivery Model, the group handles the overall implementation management of all Eze Castle Integration products, projects and services through all regions. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize SRP projects on-time and under budget, while ensuring consistency with company strategy, established corporate quality assurance standards, commitments & goals.

Position Requirements:

  • College diploma or University degree (preferably in the field of Computer & Information Science).
  • Minimum of three years of direct work experience in a project management capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
  • Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Ability to read communication styles of project stakeholders who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.

Technical Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of most of the following technologies:
    --Networks, routers, firewalls, switching, circuits, wireless, DNS, VPN and WAN acceleration.
    --Server hardware and Storage.
    --Microsoft Windows Server, MS Exchange Server, MS SQL Server, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Citrix/Xenapp, VMware, RSA Secure ID.
    --Data center power and cooling.
    --IP Telephony.
  • Basic understanding of Finance.

Preferred:

  • PMI certified, in good standing.
  • Working knowledge of Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD).
  • RCDD, CSI, LEED, BICSI, IEEE Certifications.
  • Financial Industry Experience including familiarity with market vendor applications.
  • Experience with Cisco Routers, Catalyst switches and PIX/ASA Firewalls
  • Experience with Avaya phone systems.
  • Experience with Linux or Solaris Operating Systems.
  • Experience with Storage Area Networks and Virtualization.
  • Certifications with any of the above technologies.

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to work in an independent environment with moderate supervision.
  • Ability to work under a moderate noise level (i.e., working on an open floor with printers, telephones, and computers).
  • Willingness to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines (including late nights and weekends).
  • Ability to travel for business and work beyond normal business hours when necessary.
  • Ability to be flexible and successfully respond to multiple work pressures.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components.
  • Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
  • Willing to work extra hours as needed.
