Below are some quotes from past interns who are now full time employees at Eze Castle Integration.

Steven Montecalvo, Systems Engineer
Wentworth Institute of Technology

What was your Eze Castle Integration internship experience?

While I attended Wentworth Institute of Technology studying Computer Network and Information Systems, I completed numerous co-op terms with Eze Castle Integration. When starting out as an intern I had very little exposure to network and server systems. With the guidance of the team here in Boston I was able to build confidence in my ability to solve almost any issue that would arise. For the next two years I continued to build my skill set through training offered by Eze Castle Integration, shadowing other engineers, lab work, and hands on learning at client sites.

Why did you stay with Eze Castle Integration?

After completing my co-op rotations I was offered an opportunity to come to Eze Castle full time as a Systems Engineer. The global team at Eze Castle helped transition me into my position very easily and has continued to be a resource in helping me further develop my skills and advance my career.

Josh Stephens, Client Relationship Manager
Northeastern University

What was your Eze Castle internship experience?

My journey to Eze Castle Integration was an interesting one. I was a communications major at Northeastern University looking for a six-month paid co-op position and soon found out those were few and far between in the communications world. So I met with a business counselor who set me up with the interview at Eze Castle. From there I never looked back.

I found a home at Eze Castle right away, and was accepted by the whole team from the very beginning. I came back for a second internship position in 2006, and finally returned as a full time employee upon graduation at the end of 2007.

Why did you stay with Eze Castle?

Eze Castle has given me the opportunity to learn about a very interesting industry and at the same time be an active part of a growing business. After four years as a Buyer in the purchasing department, I had the opportunity to transition into the role of Client Relationship Manager for the Service team. This experience has allowed me to see all angles of the company from back office to front.

The best part about Eze Castle, hands down, is the corporate culture that’s been developed by the company’s leaders since the very beginning. I would consider Eze Castle to have an alternative work atmosphere, where it’s encouraged to be the best worker you can be but to have fun at it too. The company hosts many team building and company bonding events throughout the year that are a blast. Add all that to a great number of benefits from very inexpensive healthcare to 401K matching, and it makes Eze Castle Integration a really great place to work.
