Position: Associate Client Relationship Manager
This position is currently open in our London, UK location.
The Associate Client Relationship Manager is responsible for assisting the Client Relationship Managers and the rest of the London Service team with day-to-day management of clients.
Responsibilities:- Running day to day reports and administration in Connectwise
- Manage pipeline and all opportunities for existing clients on CRM team and review with management as necessary
- Monitor client usage and billing to ensure accuracy
- Provide consulting through detailed information and analysis of Eze Castle services in order to promote and sell our products to existing clients
- Gather business requirements from clients to be able to implement stable and robust systems. Requirements may include, but are not limited to, Internet and voice circuit coordination, networking systems, voice systems, software licensing, workstation and server configurations, disaster recovery solutions, compliance and archiving solutions. This will also entail understanding who our partners, understanding their products are and when to recommend them.
- Develop and implement systems/processes to ensure/improve client satisfaction
- Work closely with engineers and project managers for projects and ongoing service-related activities
- Provide direction to engineers as a point of contact to the client to help resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with the Help Desk, Client Relationship Managers, Associate Director, Dedicated Systems Engineers, and Service Director to manage larger scale client related activities
- Monitor all work that is being done as part of proactive maintenance for assigned group of clients
- Liaison between client, Eze Castle and technology vendors
- Assist other CRMs as necessary
- Provide regular (weekly at minimum) updates on client activity to management
- Work closely with the major facets of the business. These areas include project management, engineering, voice solutions, purchasing, finance, circuits, and business development. These relationships are key in order to effectively manage client expectations, as well as those of internal departments.
- Attend Eze Castle training classes for additional understanding on technologies that are supported by Eze Castle
Clients are all located in London and surrounding areas
Position Requirements:
- BS/BA in Information Technology or related field
- Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience preferably in the IT services/financial services industry as an engineer, project manager, account manager or business analyst.
- Good to strong knowledge of networking systems and workstation configurations; experience with financial services/trading environments a plus
- Proven track record of managing and building relationships with clients
- Excellent ability to diffuse tense situations
- Determination to sell services and products into existing client base
- Ability to work with all levels within the team
- Very strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Excellent mastery of the English language both written and spoken
