John Cahaly is CEO and Chairman of Eze Castle Integration, the leading provider of technology and IT services to the investment industry. In 1995, Cahaly co-founded the Eze Castle family of companies, which spun off four successful businesses -- Eze Castle Integration, Eze Software Group (formerly Eze Castle Software), Pivot Solutions and Code Red, Inc. John also serves on the board of directors for The ConvergEx Group.
John has more than 20 years of experience in computer engineering and business management and was instrumental in building the financial industry's first Windows NT trading room that was used by Fleet Financial Group in 1996. Prior to co-founding Eze Castle, John worked at Digital Equipment Corporation for nine years holding various engineering positions including a senior role as a member of Digital's Windows NT technical marketing group. John attended Northeastern University's computer engineering program.
With more than 25 years of IT experience, Bob Guilbert is responsible for leading all of Eze Castle Integration's marketing, partnership and product development functions. The scope of his efforts ranges from maximizing the value of the company's brand to establishing core strategic partnerships and developing new revenue streams for the company. Prior to joining Eze Castle, Bob was vice president of business development at Virtual Iron Software -- a venture-backed start-up offering enterprise-class data center virtualization software. At Virtual Iron, Bob developed and oversaw all facets of business development and channel management. Bob has also held senior marketing and business development positions at Double-Take Software (formerly NSI), EMC Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Bob is fluent in German and graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science.
Chris Holden is Chief Financial Officer of Eze Castle Integration and responsible for the company's global finance, accounting, legal and real estate functions. Since joining Eze Castle in 2003, Chris has managed the company's U.S. financial operations and spearheaded the establishment of international operations, most recently in Asia and the U.K. Prior to Eze Castle, Chris was a principal at The Parthenon Group, a global strategic advisory firm.
Chris is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics.
Leading a talented team of customer service and engineering professionals, Vinod Paul oversees all customer-facing engagements for Eze Castle Integration. Vinod joined the company in 2002, and his responsibilities include service delivery and business development for the firm. Previously, Vinod was the director of technical services for Martin Progressive, supervising a staff that supported 6,000 customers. Prior to that, he provided project management and engineering consulting services to IBM Global Services, Lucent Technologies, Tyco Submarine Systems, and Penguin Putnam Publishing.
Vinod serves on the board of directors for Hedge Funds Care, a global nonprofit dedicated to supporting efforts to prevent and treat child abuse. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences. He also holds numerous advanced certifications with Microsoft.
William (Bill) Tan has served as the chief technology officer of Eze Castle Integration since 2000. Bill joined the company in 1997 and focused on expanding the company's technical skills and staff. Today, his technology team focuses on internal training, research and development, network security and standards development. Key products architected by this team include cost-effective disaster recovery (Eze DR) and the Eze Private Cloud. Previously, Bill was the network manager for the Kraft Group, where he supported systems and communications for various privately held businesses such as International Forest Products, Rand-Whitney and the New England Patriots. He has also supported networks and systems for local governments and the U.S. Air Force.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude in computer science from Framingham State College.
