Project Manager
The Project Manager is a trusted project implementation leader and advisor to our clients providing valuable expert guidance around technology implementations, relocations or enhancements of their IT infrastructure, including proactive recommendations to deliver ongoing success to our clients.

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations.

Technical Account Manager
The Technical Account Manager plays a vital and high profile role by building the strategic and support relationships between Eze Castle Integration clients and our strategic partners. He/she will also create strong relationships with our reseller vendors, namely those vendors who deliver the Eze Private Cloud to their clients.

Inside Sales Associate
This challenging position requires a candidate with exceptional phone skills, the ability to cold-call over the phone, prospect new business on the Internet and through trade publications and management of our internal lead database in order to set qualified appointments for a team of Business Consultants.

On-Site Technology Manager
The On-Site Technology Manager is responsible for the daily support and maintenance of one of our key clients’ technology infrastructure. He/she is responsible for the overall planning and hands on execution of our client’s IT function.

Senior Systems Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list.

Desktop Support Engineer
The Desktop Support Engineer will assist users by handling daily support incidents related to hardware and software issues. The incumbent will interface with high profile financial industry clients on a daily basis thus requiring the highest level of presentation, communication and professionalism.

Senior Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients' technology as well as overseeing the day-to-day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list. 

 

London


Disaster Recovery Engineer
As a Disaster Recovery Engineer, you will have exposure and practice deploying, configuring and testing Disaster Recover solutions. This would include deploying VM’s, setting up VM server replication, configuring firewalls, performing DR site testing and activations as well as documenting, troubleshooting and maintaining Disaster Recovery solutions.

LAN Administrator
The LAN Administrator’s role is to ensure proper LAN operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. 

Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for strategically sourcing, screening, and delivering a highly qualified talent pool to hiring managers. He/she uses various tools to source and recruit for all open positions.

Systems Engineer
Systems Engineers are responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology.

Voice Engineer
The Voice Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s Voice technology. This includes daily support incidents, MACs, troubleshooting hardware/ software issues, assisting with installations and upgrades.

Business Development Consultant
The incumbent will play a key role in selling industry leading solutions and must be a self-starter capable of expanding a new territory without local management oversight. 

Client Technology Manager
The Client Technology Manager (CTM) is the technical leader of a team of engineers responsible for the daily support and maintenance of Eze Castle clients’ technology infrastructures.

Support Desk Analyst
The role of the Support Desk Analyst is to troubleshoot first line systems issues for our global client base. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests.

The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations. 

Technical Account Manager

Tier 1 Net Ops Engineer
The Net Ops Engineer will monitor our Network Monitoring System and act as a primary responder to address Windows Server, workstation, and various network system alerts coming into our Net Ops from our client sites as well as ECI’s network.

Technical Account Manager
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a vital and high profile role by building the strategic and support relationship between the ECI client and our strategic partners.
