Accounting Associate
The Accounting Associate is responsible for the cash and collections functions of ECI’s U.S. offices. He/she will be the point of contact for internal and external clients while assisting with other accounting functions such as processing all cash receipts and performing collection duties.

Technical Account Manager
The Technical Account Manager plays a vital and high profile role by building the strategic and support relationships between Eze Castle Integration clients and our strategic partners. He/she will also create strong relationships with our reseller vendors, namely those vendors who deliver the Eze Private Cloud to their clients.

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations.

Senior Systems Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list.

 

Hong Kong


Project Manager
The Project Manager is a trusted project implementation leader and advisor to our clients providing valuable expert guidance around technology implementations, relocations or enhancements of their IT infrastructure, including proactive recommendations to deliver ongoing success to our clients.

Senior Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients' technology as well as overseeing the day-to-day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list.

Client Technology Manager
The Client Technology Manager (CTM) is the technical expert that leads a team of engineers responsible for the daily support and maintenance of Eze Castle’s clients’ technology infrastructures.

Global Support Desk Analyst
The Support Desk Analyst’s role is to remotely ensure proper end user computer operation allowing clients to accomplish their business tasks. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic tools and help request tracking tools.

Project Manager
The Project Manager is a trusted project implementation leader and advisor to our clients providing valuable expert guidance around technology implementations, relocations or enhancements of their IT infrastructure, including proactive recommendations to deliver ongoing success to our clients.

Senior Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day-to-day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list.

Systems Engineers are responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology.

Business Development Consultant
The incumbent will play a key role in selling industry leading solutions and must be a self-starter capable of expanding a new territory without local management oversight. This position will be challenging and educational and allows the opportunity for an excellent earning potential.

Business Process Manager
The Business Process Manager will successfully drive process improvement efforts across Service Delivery to achieve significant financial, operational, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction impact.

Client Relationship Manager
The Client Relationship Manager’s primary responsibility and focus is to provide a superior level of customer service to Eze Castle Integration clients. He/she is the central point of contact for an assigned client roster providing IT consulting, service escalation and management of internal projects and initiatives.

Client Technology Manager
The Client Technology Manager (CTM) is the technical leader of a team of engineers responsible for the daily support and maintenance of Eze Castle clients’ technology infrastructures.
