Eze Castle Integration seeks forward-thinking individuals with expertise in hedge fund technology to join our growing team. We are currently looking to fill roles in the following locations:

Boston


Circuits Renewal Intern
The Circuit Renewals Intern will research historical information, including contracts and quotes currently stored in emails, tickets and the circuit’s folders. The Intern will create ConnectWise configurations saving all needed documents and logging end dates for future renewal opportunities. 

Disaster Recovery Account Manager
The DR Account Manager manages Disaster Recovery project implementations through initial testing and final acceptance. In addition, he/she will be responsible for the coordination and administration of all Disaster Recovery client testing and will act as the central point of coordination for the resolution of all Disaster Recovery account and maintenance related issues, while ensuring consistency with ECI quality assurance standards and goals. 

Marketing Co-op
As a Marketing Intern/Co-op is a key contributor to the Eze Castle marketing team, supporting a range of marketing activities including event planning, demand generation campaigns and public relations. 

Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance in the areas of employment, benefits administration, and employee communication. 

Project Manager
The Project Manager is a trusted project implementation leader and advisor to our clients providing valuable expert guidance around technology implementations, relocations or enhancements of their IT infrastructure, including proactive recommendations to deliver ongoing success to our clients.

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations.

Systems Engineer Co-op
As a Systems Engineer Intern/Co-op you will gain excellent exposure to the many engineering activities required to keep our Hedge Fund and Investment clients up and running efficiently and effectively. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work hands on with routers, firewalls, switches, servers, PC workstations, circuit IP/subnet addressing and configurations. 

Technical Account Manager
The Technical Account Manager plays a vital and high profile role by building the strategic and support relationships between Eze Castle Integration clients and our strategic partners. He/she will also create strong relationships with our reseller vendors, namely those vendors who deliver the Eze Private Cloud to their clients.

Network Engineer
The Network Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s Network technology. This includes daily support incidents, troubleshooting, equipment installations, reconfigurations and upgrades. 

On-Site Technology Manager
The On-Site Technology Manager is responsible for the daily support and maintenance of one of our key clients’ technology infrastructure. He/she is responsible for the overall planning and hands on execution of our client’s IT function. 

 

Hong Kong


Senior Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients' technology as well as overseeing the day-to-day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list. 

 

London


Disaster Recovery Engineer
As a Disaster Recovery Engineer, you will have exposure and practice deploying, configuring and testing Disaster Recover solutions. This would include deploying VM’s, setting up VM server replication, configuring firewalls, performing DR site testing and activations as well as documenting, troubleshooting and maintaining Disaster Recovery solutions.

Inside Sales Specialist
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales by cold-calling current and prospective customers and educating them about the Eze Castle Integration product lines and services. 

LAN Administrator
The LAN Administrator’s role is to ensure proper LAN operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. 

Manager, International Support Desk
The Manager, International Support Desk is responsible for managing a team of London and Singapore based support desk analysts. He/she develops and maintains an efficient user support organization and provides management support for all activities surrounding the end user experience. 

Systems Engineer
Systems Engineers are responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology.

Associate Client Relationship Manager
The Associate Client Relationship Manager is responsible for assisting the Client Relationship Managers and Service Delivery team with day to day management of our clients.

Business Process Manager
The Business Process Manager will successfully drive process improvement efforts across Service Delivery to achieve significant financial, operational, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction impact.

Client Technology Manager
The Client Technology Manager (CTM) is the technical leader of a team of engineers responsible for the daily support and maintenance of Eze Castle clients’ technology infrastructures.

Network Engineer
The Network Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s Network technology. This includes daily support incidents, troubleshooting, equipment installations, reconfigurations and upgrades. 

Resource Coordinator Intern
The Resource Coordinator Intern manages calendars for our System Engineer calendars throughout the day, daily and assigns engineers to various projects. In addition, S/he will work closely with the Manager of the Resource Coordinators to provide a wide range of support.

The Client Relationship Manager’s primary responsibility and focus is to provide a superior level of customer service to Eze Castle Integration clients. He/she is the central point of contact for an assigned client roster providing IT consulting, service escalation and management of internal projects and initiatives.
