Infrastructure Support Engineer
Core Responsibilities: Ledgex is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer who will be responsible for internal and client systems infrastructure support. Additional duties include deploying, installing and troubleshooting the Ledgex platform on all internal servers and client production servers.

Marketing Co-op
As a Marketing Intern/Co-op is a key contributor to the Eze Castle marketing team, supporting a range of marketing activities including event planning, demand generation campaigns and public relations. We are looking for a team player who is motivated, creative and eager to learn. 

Resource Coordinator
The Resource Coordinator manages System Engineer’s daily calendars and plans out resources for our Project & Technology Management team. He/she oversees global availability while providing high level support to our Support Desk Analysts, Project Managers and clients. 

Senior Implementation Specialist
The Senior Implementation Specialist will work on customer engagements, responsible for managing the implementation of the Ledgex Platform at client sites. 

Senior Systems Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list. 

Storage Engineer
The SAN Engineer is responsible for being the technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s SAN technology. This includes daily support incidents, troubleshooting replication issues, hardware/ONTAP software installations and upgrades. 

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations.

Desktop Support Engineer
The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list. customer service to our current Eze Castle Integration client base.

Operations Coordinator
This Part-time role provides assistance in day to day office and sales related duties. He/she is responsible for keeping track of the office supply inventory and keeping track of incoming mail and while responding to telephone inquiries and greeting visitors.

Senior Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list. 

Storage Engineer
The SAN Engineer is responsible for being the technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s SAN technology. This includes daily support incidents, troubleshooting replication issues, hardware/ONTAP software installations and upgrades.

Support Desk Analyst
The role of the Support Desk Analyst is to troubleshoot first line systems issues for our global client base. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. The incumbent will use diagnostic and help request tracking tools while providing “hands-on” help at the desktop level.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance in the areas of office management, travel coordination, human resources and overall internal employee support.

Project Manager
The Project Manager is a trusted project implementation leader and advisor to our clients providing valuable expert guidance around technology implementations, relocations or enhancements of their IT infrastructure, including proactive recommendations to deliver ongoing success to our clients.

The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list.

Senior Implementation Specialist
