Disaster Recovery Account Manager
The DR Account Manager manages Disaster Recovery project implementations through initial testing and final acceptance. In addition, he/she will be responsible for the coordination and administration of all Disaster Recovery client testing and will act as the central point of coordination for the resolution of all Disaster Recovery account and maintenance related issues, while ensuring consistency with ECI quality assurance standards and goals. 

Resource Coordinator
The Resource Coordinator manages System Engineer’s daily calendars and plans out resources for our Project & Technology Management team. He/she oversees global availability while providing high level support to our Support Desk Analysts, Project Managers and clients. 

Senior Systems Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list. 

Software Engineer
Ledgex is seeking a Software Engineer to provide hands-on development with new and existing features and products. Candidates will work on both the front and back-ends extensively.

Net Ops Engineer
The Net Ops Engineer will monitor our Network Monitoring System and act as a primary responder to address Windows Server, workstation, and various network system alerts coming into our NOC from our client sites as well as ECI’s network.

Resource Coordinator
The Resource Coordinator manages System Engineer’s daily calendars and plans out resources for our Project & Technology Management team. He/she oversees global availability while providing high level support to our Support Desk Analysts, Project Managers and clients.

The Resource Coordinator manages System Engineer’s daily calendars and plans out resources for our Project & Technology Management team. He/she oversees global availability while providing high level support to our Support Desk Analysts, Project Managers and clients. 

 

Hong Kong


Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations. 

 

London


Client Relationship Manager
The Client Relationship Manager’s primary responsibility and focus is to provide a superior level of customer service to Eze Castle Integration clients. He/she is the central point of contact for an assigned client roster providing IT consulting, service escalation and management of internal projects and initiatives.

Desktop Support Engineer
The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining our client’s desktop technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and light server trouble shooting, hardware/software installation, upgrades and relocations.

Senior Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list. 

Support Desk Analyst
The role of the Support Desk Analyst is to troubleshoot first line systems issues for our global client base. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. The incumbent will use diagnostic and help request tracking tools while providing “hands-on” help at the desktop level.

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations. 

Voice Engineer
The Voice Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s Voice technology. This includes daily support incidents, MACs, troubleshooting hardware/ software issues, assisting with installations and upgrades.

Senior Systems Engineer
The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list. 

 

New York


Client Technology Manager, Voice
The Client Technology Manager, Voice is directly responsible for managing the voice engineering team and is responsible for overseeing the designing, deploying and maintaining of Voice products at our client sites. 

Desktop Support Engineer
The Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining our client’s desktop technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and light server trouble shooting, hardware/software installation, upgrades and relocations.

The Support Desk Supervisor oversees support desk analysts and functions as a team lead for the day-to-day operations. He/she is also responsible for acting as an escalation point when more serious client issues arise.

San Francisco
