Senior Systems Engineer
The Senior Engineer is responsible for being a technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology as well overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers dedicated to their client list. 

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations.

Storage Engineer
The SAN Engineer is responsible for being the technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s SAN technology.

 

Dallas


Tier 1 Net Ops Engineer
The Net Ops Engineer will monitor our Network Monitoring System and act as a primary responder to address Windows Server, workstation, and various network system alerts coming into our Net Ops from our client sites as well as ECI’s network. 
 

Hong Kong


Business Development & Client Relationship Manager
The Business Development & Client Relationship Manager will play a key role in selling industry leading solutions, in addition to providing a superior level of ongoing customer service to our current Eze Castle Integration client base.

 

London


Support Desk Analyst
The role of the Support Desk Analyst is to troubleshoot first line systems issues for our global client base. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm. 

Systems Engineer
Systems Engineers are responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our clients’ technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations. 

Virtual Infrastructure Engineer
The Virtual Infrastructure team supports designs and deploys ECI’s Back-end hosting infrastructure for our products and services. The Virtual Infrastructure Solutions team designs deploys and provisions resources in accordance with customer contracts for new customer builds.

Systems Engineer
The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of our client’s technology. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and server troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs and relocations.

Business Development Consultant
The incumbent will play a key role in selling industry leading solutions and must be a self-starter capable of expanding a new territory without local management oversight. 

Client Technology Manager
The Client Technology Manager (CTM) is the technical leader of a team of engineers responsible for the daily support and maintenance of Eze Castle clients’ technology infrastructures. 

Support Desk Analyst

Technology Manager, Storage & Virtualization
The Client Technology Manager, Storage and Virtualization Service Team is the technical lead and escalation point for the implementation and maintenance of storage and virtualization products at our client sites. He/she is responsible for overseeing the day to day activity for a team of engineers each with a dedicated product focus.
